While teachers often already have a didactic "toolbox", many tutors are still at the beginning of compiling one. In this workshop, participants will get to know different didactic methods for organizing individual tutorial units and mentoring settings. Starting with the introduction to the session (both for new groups and for already established groups), you will learn about different methods ranging from knowledge activation and transfer to low-threshold feedback collection, different exercises for setting in small and large groups, and try out some methods.
- Reflection on successful tutoring and mentoring
- Learning didactic principles and methods for introduction, knowledge activation, transfer, and feedback
- Peer-to-peer reflection on implementation considerations for one's own field of work
