All doctoral students at the university
Goal
- Understand individual career planning as part of systemic university structures
- Reflecting on and highlighting the opportunities and challenges of one's own academic curriculum
- Getting to know and apply planning and design strategies for PhD projects
- Naming, analyzing and reflecting on problems in the impelemtation of projects
- Recor doctoral projects in the context of personal development, cooperation, university power structures and competition
Information about the workshop leader
Maria Dabringer is cultural and social anthropologist, social scientist and senior lecturer at universities in Austria and abroad. She works as a freelance trainer coach, and organizational consultant in the scientific, (adult) education and private sector. Focus: Systemic organizational, team and individual counseling, school development processes and counselling, personnel development
